Moonglow Bay’s new content patch is finally here! 🎉
It’s a free content patch for all that already have the game on Xbox & PC - and not only there’s new content, but now you play Moonglow Bay on Nintendo Switch and Playtation 4 & 5!

Major Fixes
Fixed shops being unmanned after the Centennial festival
Fixed release UI appearing after catching or releasing a fish
No more shoreline patterns seen in middle of the ocean
When using net on sand, it no longer sounds wet
Two ice birds are no longer floating in the air
Pesky ocean debris collected now properly go away
Player clips through Dinghy during blueprint cutscene
When in CO-OP mode, both players can only access the gear if both players are not fishing. If one player is fishing, the other cannot access their gear, causing no overlap in the gear and catch UI.
Boat no longer collides with middle of land in cloud zone while flying
On the Civic Restoration task there is now a note stating that ‘Renovate the Library’ must be completed first. The quest marker is still apparent but can be untracked.
Minor Fixes
Various collisions around the game world have been corrected to reduce possibilities of clipping out or falling through the terrain.

But hold onto your fishing rods because there’s more! Alongside this big launch, we’re delighted to announce The Picture Perfect Update, coming to all platforms on April 11th. This update is packed with fresh content - get ready for:
A new camera mode that’ll let you capture all the stunning sights of Moonglow Bay from angles you’ve never seen before.
A mysterious new quest line that will take you to all corners of the ocean - it’s sure to reel you right in!
Storefront decorations! You’ll now be able to decorate that shabby shop of yours to make it look primed for sales.
Most importantly: You can sit on benches! Yay!

We’re releasing a patch to address a couple of minor bugs & Quality of Life improvements.
Major Fixes
Waffles no longer stuck in stairs during chapter 4 wake up cutscene.
Your bet with Elvis and the fish hunt is appropriately set to 100 shells
Adjusted naming of a recipe unlock to reflect correct recipe (Deep Sea Steaks)
UI fix so option labels correctly update when player makes settings changes.

Thanks everyone for your patience. We’re releasing this patch to address the more prominent issues we’ve heard from the community, namely bugs causing players to lose progress.

Reminder that you can turn off flashing effects in the options menu

Ice fishing bug corrected. You can fish in holes you’ve dug!
Rebinding inputs cleaned up (can’t get locked out)

22 collision fixes for the world. Boat shouldn’t be getting stuck in places as much and player won’t fall through the world

Song of the Sea quest triggers properly, making for a smoother progression

Four years in the making, the soundtrack to Moonglow Bay spans a full range of instrumentations from intimate & cozy guitar strumming, to full orchestral bombast & beyond into the unknown. Featuring a full ensemble of talented musicians, follow along a tour of the town of Moonglow & its surrounding waters for 105 minutes of intrigue.
